We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. Project-related data is retained for a minimum of 5 years in compliance with Spanish commercial record-keeping requirements. Inactive contact data is purged after 24 months of no interaction.
Article 6 — Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Data may be shared with the following third-party processors solely for service delivery:
- Payment processors (Stripe) for transaction handling.
- Cloud hosting providers for secure data storage.
- Communication platforms for project coordination.
All third-party processors are bound by Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) ensuring GDPR compliance.
Article 7 — Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your data when no longer necessary.

Terms of Service

Article 1 — Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by PlatformBuildPro, located at Placa de l Ajuntament 1, 46002 Valencia, Spain, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.
Article 2 — Scope of Services
PlatformBuildPro provides web development, platform deployment, and related technical services as described on our platform. Each service engagement is governed by a specific project agreement that outlines deliverables, timelines, and pricing.
- Services are delivered as described in the selected service tier.
- Any modifications to the scope require a written change order.
- PlatformBuildPro reserves the right to decline service requests that fall outside our technical expertise.
Article 3 — Payment Terms
All service fees are quoted in Euros (EUR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment is due upon project initiation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- For projects exceeding €2,000, a 50% upfront deposit is required.
- Outstanding balances are due within 14 days of project completion.
- Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge.
Article 4 — Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all deliverables and source code created specifically for your project are transferred to your ownership. PlatformBuildPro retains the right to:
- Use anonymized case studies and portfolio pieces for marketing purposes.
- Retain ownership of any pre-existing frameworks, libraries, or utilities used during development.
- Display a non-intrusive "Built by PlatformBuildPro" credit unless otherwise agreed.
Article 5 — Project Timelines
Estimated timelines provided during the specification phase are best-effort projections. Delays caused by client-side factors (delayed feedback, content provision, or scope changes) may extend the delivery date. PlatformBuildPro will communicate any timeline adjustments promptly.
Article 6 — Limitation of Liability
PlatformBuildPro's total liability for any service engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid for that specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity.
Article 7 — Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information shared during the course of a project. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement for a period of 24 months.
Article 8 — Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, PlatformBuildPro will deliver all completed work and issue an invoice for work performed up to the termination date.
Article 9 — Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia, Spain.
Refund Policy

Article 1 — Eligibility
PlatformBuildPro operates a milestone-based refund policy for all web development and platform deployment services. Refund eligibility is determined by the project stage at the time of the request.
Article 2 — Refund Tiers
Refunds are calculated based on the project milestone reached:
- Pre-Development (Deposit Only): Full refund of deposit if no development work has commenced. Processing time: 5 business days.
- Early Development (0-30% Complete): 75% refund of amounts paid. The retained 25% covers planning, architecture, and setup work.
- Mid Development (30-70% Complete): 50% refund of amounts paid. The retained 50% covers completed development work and resource allocation.
- Late Development (70%+ Complete): No refund available. Full deliverable will be provided upon final payment.
Article 3 — Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Third-party licensing fees or domain registration costs.
- Work completed under a signed change order.
- Services rendered outside the original scope by client request.
Article 4 — How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact PlatformBuildPro at [email protected] with your project reference number and a description of the reason for the refund request. We will review your request within 5 business days and provide a determination.
Article 5 — Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. For payments made via Stripe, refunds are initiated through the Stripe dashboard and may take additional time depending on your financial institution.
Article 6 — Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding refund eligibility, both parties agree to engage in good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may pursue mediation through the Valencia Chamber of Commerce before initiating formal legal proceedings.
